- Advised from 2023, then moved to Buenos Aires (Oct 2025) as Chief of Staff, working directly alongside the CEO through the company's steepest growth year: headcount 20→50.
- Led Bombo's first institutional fundraising round and drove its agentification: customer operations fully agentified, AI inside marketing, ops and finance, Claude agents running account management across hundreds of Telegram groups, and internal AI training sessions I ran myself.
- Created Bombo Pay, swapping a fiat-rails stack for a stablecoin backend via a Tether deal; ran the workstream end to end, from structuring to negotiations with banks, PSPs and public bodies through to delivery.

- Directed a 25-person cross-functional team (strategy / product / engineering / marketing) advising portfolio companies on GTM, strategy, product and hiring.
- Led the investment funnel and committees: 40 ICs, 1,200+ startups screened, 38 deals, portfolio valuations up 6× three months after program end.
- Managed LP communications and external partnerships with corporate sponsors across EU, APAC and America.
